Wednesday 12th December    End of Year Social Evening    A special year end meeting for past and present MKEA members and guest speakers. Please bring and share refreshments.    John Goode is highly recommended engaging, amusing speaker who really will make you sit up and listen. Two years ago he retired from a highly successful career in the retail and service industry. Two years on he is so disillusioned with that industry that he is starting out again from his garage! A unique and passionate speaker not to be missed.

Monday 12th November    "Understanding and Using LinkedIn For Your Job Search"  2:00 pm at MKCC   Melvin Hurley Chartered Marketer and digital marketing specialist. This session will look at the Business social networking tool its structure, how to build your profile, apps available to   help, using groups and job seeker services and the differences between free and paid accounts.

Wednesday 10th October    "Creating a Memorable Elevator Pitch, Networking   Techniques and Applying Them to Your Job Search."   Stephen Roberts, Business Network International, regional Assistant Director, has been teaching BNI members on how to make the   most of networking for many years, during this session he will show you how to build your elevator pitch using simple effective methods and then put it into practice for meetings and direct approach telephone cold calling.

Charlie will also be informing us of the positive practical help he and his charity can provide including free workshops, courses activities he will be making available to MKEA clients.
