About Our Services

Redundancy and unemployment is probably the most stressful, frustrating and lonely period anyone will encounter during their career.

At MKEA we provide a programme tailored to the needs of mid/senior managers and business/technical professionals to help you prepare and manage your job search, deal with your situation, investigate your options and begin taking advantage them.

Our objective is to help YOU undertake a job search that will get YOU back into work or start YOUR own business.

Is MKEA Expensive?

Membership of MKEA and our services are provided FREE to job-seekers and those facing redundancy, but donations will be gratefully received and we hope that, once you have returned to work you will provide a regular small direct debit or standing order donation to support our operating costs. All those who lead, organise, manage and speak at MKEA meetings do so as unpaid volunteers.

Does MKEA work?

More than 700 people have benefitted from MKEA's meetings, over 90% having secured work or started a business.

What do past members say about MKEA?

"I see this set-up as essential. Professional and friendly, a wealth of experience and advice which I embraced along with the structured program of presenters. Without doubt I benefited and value my membership of the group.” Stephen Sheppard.

“An excellent job club for those who were in senior positions to further develop their skills and look at range of opportunities / training to potentially secure employment.” Michael Phillips.
